Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SalesCraft platform ("Service") operated by Tarcaz Labs Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SalesCraft is a B2B sales prospecting tool that uses artificial intelligence to identify, verify, score, and brief potential customer companies. The Service generates AI-powered analysis and suggestions based on publicly available information and user-provided inputs.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
One person may not maintain more than one account.

3. Credits and Payment

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Different actions consume different amounts of credits as described on our pricing page.
Free trial accounts receive a limited number of credits.
Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify credit costs and pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Scrape, copy, or redistribute the Service's output in bulk for resale
Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms
Circumvent usage limits, credit controls, or access restrictions
Share your account credentials with third parties
Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm individuals identified in results

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis, scores, and sales briefs. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be independently verified before acting on it.
Company information, contact details, and scores are estimates based on publicly available data and AI inference — they are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.
You are solely responsible for how you use the information generated by the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, underlying technology, and branding are the intellectual property of Tarcaz Labs Private Limited.
You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service (website URLs, product descriptions, seed customers).
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the output generated by the Service for your internal business purposes.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Tarcaz Labs Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the data deletion page or by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits are forfeited unless a refund is required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
