Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials via Google Firebase Authentication.

Usage data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including websites you submit for analysis, product descriptions, seed customer names, search queries generated, and pipeline results.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and access timestamps are logged for security and service improvement.

Payment data: If you purchase credits, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment card details.

To authenticate your identity and manage your account

To improve the accuracy and quality of our AI-generated results

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on Google Cloud Platform. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and secure authentication. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Pipeline run data (search results, scores, slides) is retained for 12 months from the date of creation. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, you have the right to:

Request deletion of your personal data and account
Withdraw consent for data processing
